Villa URA
Booking conditions:
For a minimum stay of 8 nights.
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation.
The balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the arrival date.
Conditions of change and cancellation:
Any request for cancellation or modification must be notified in writing to info@toubana.com and will take effect from the date of receipt by La Toubana Hotel & Spa.
For cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date: the client will have to pay a cancellation fee of 30% of the rental price.
For cancellations less than 15 days before the arrival date: the client will have to pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the rental price.
For the period from 18th December to 1st January:
For any cancellation less than one month before the arrival date: the client will have to pay a cancellation fee corresponding to 100% of the rental price .
Any request to reduce the number of nights received within 7 days of arrival (according to the cancellation policy) will result in the invoice of the total amount of the initial stay.
In case of no show or early departure, the full amount of the stay is due.
Villa IDIKA
Booking conditions:
For a minimum stay of 8 nights.
